Eight killed in Kenya’s anti govt demos
At least eight people have been killed and more than 400 have been injured in anti-government protests in Kenya, according to rights groups.
Thousands took to the streets in the capital Nairobi and other major cities to commemorate last year’s deadly anti-tax protests
Police in Nairobi fired tear gas and deployed a water cannon at protesters.
The authorities are yet to confirm any casualties.
